I am starting supplements for height growth and big muscles?

  1. I'm not a nutritionist or a doctor, but my advice is that you shouldn't do anything extreme to your body at 15. You still have growth spurts left so I'd be patient until you're at your peek. If you don't want that kind of advice, then I would at least go ask a medical professional who might have specific insight about your body.
  2. honestly, you should wait to use those products until you're closer to 18-19. Even if you read the product pre-cautions, it is not recommended to use those products until at least age 18 or older. If you lift too hard and too heavy at your age, you could stunt your growth.
