Best muscle mass supplement???????....no roids...no hgh.?
I have been working out for months and I am much stronger but the genes are not helping my muscle mass development. (i'm the skinny dude on the bench throwing around 235)..what can i take to help Mr.DNA get his act together and bulk up muscle....no roids,no hgh (i want my hair on my head and my kidneys working in five years).

- My brother uses whey protein powder and creatine. He has a smaller frame, but has packed on about 30 pounds of muscle. Good luck
- Creatine does help a little. It gives you a little more endurance so you can pump more of the same weight and this build more muscle. I tried the whey but I wasn't impressed. Honestly, eating a lot of beef steak worked the best for me even though its a little pricey. You're right about the roids. You might want to have kids some day and that isn't always possible for guys that take roids. I know a guy that took hgh and ended up with cancer at 19. Hgh makes stuff grow good, cancer loves it. Just don't lose sight of the main goal. The goal, at least in my case, is to look good - not to win the championship bodybuilder award. Guys that gain too much muscle start looking like fat slobs when they are wearing street clothes. Even though they might not actually have an ounce of fat, they just look that way. So if you are skinny, I suggest that you don't attempt to go past 250 on the bench to avoid losing you looks.
