- Its a scam, thats all there is to it. HGH (Human growth hormone) is ONLY produced by your pituitary. Growth hormone is ONLY produced synthetically in injectable form and must be refrigerated. Its only available by a prescription for growth hormone deficiency. Anything claiming to have HGH is just a big lie...there is nothing about it that is "reputable".
