hgh dosage for working out?

I was curious about how much hgh should be injected a day for working out.I`m a 34 year old male who is looking to build muscle mass and I have a hard time doing so normally.I`m trying to find people who are on hgh or have used hgh for workout purposes who can tell me the safe dosage to use for this purpose.Looking for dosage in mg after it is mixed w/ the diluent.Thanks!!!
