- i am a big advocate of raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar, because i use it for many things, and know it really works... i get poison Ivy by just looking at the stuff. i got it really bad one year. i started drinking 2 tblspns in water, you can use juice, 3 times a day. i figured since it detoxifies your body from the inside out, why not, i had it bad. it started clearing within a day...you can also dab some on the spots to heal them faster.. good luck, you are making me itch....lol
