  1. yeah me too i went on the pill it disappeared on my back then was awful on my face i stopped the pill face acne stopped but on back again are you female - try celest pill or diante i think ask for antibiotics cut out bread and coffee/ tea - that worked well for me drink lots opf water - and try cranberry juice a good detox
  2. I wouldn't know much about acne, but laser can be very severe, have you tried light therapy, even exposing your back to the sun (with protection obviously)can calm it
  3. i had that problem, try ro-accutane pills, they have to b prescribed to u by a dermatologist, two months and u wont beleive the results !
  4. Are you eating healthy? Try and resist chocolate it will make the acne worse. Try some acne creams at stores, and rub orange peels on the acne and leave it to dry for a while. Then, use solid and only WHITE toothpaste, and rub it on the acne. It has what is called electrolyctis and gets rid of the acne. I Hope My Answer Helped You!!
  5. Try the "Refresh Bath & Shower Gel" "Its soap-free, gentle cleansing action cleans and softens skin as it removes dead skin cells." (some soaps clog pores.) Also it helps if you increase your water intake - add quarters of lemon (real/fresh) to 5 x 600ml bottles of water a day (drink 3 Litres minimum). That will clean your insides out and alkalize your system. Often the body rids of excess acid (from sugars, alcohol, meat, dairy, processed foods, etc.), waste and toxins through watever way possible (your back). Improve your nutrition and cleanse with Refresh. Inside out - not outside in! :-)
  6. Try a product called Proactive. I use it, although for facial skin, but have found to be the absolute best. Haven't had a pimple since I started using this product.
  7. Alright. I don't know much about lasers, but acne I'm an expert on. I've only had it for 9 years. X_X But, I digress. Mine stopped when I made these changes. First things first. You NEED to eat healthy. I'm not talking about cutting out all chocolates and pizza, but you really should eat plenty of fruits and vegtables. Drink water every day. This is actually the only thing you should be drinking on a daily basis. Be sure it's not chlorinated or flourinated, because these things will make acne worse. Cut out artificial sweetners, and try to eat minimally processed foods. Don't use harsh soaps, or ones with fragrances. You may be breaking out due to sensitve skin. I tend to avoid soaps alltogether, at least on my face, and just use hot (to open and cleanse my pores) and cold water (to close them, and rise off the extra dirt). Finally excercise daily. Excercise makes you sweat, which will flush out the dirt stuck in your pores. Be sure to shower afterwards, to prevent dirt from reclogging them.
  8. Several surgical or medical treatments are available to alleviate acne or the resulting scars: • Comedone extraction. The comedo is removed from the pore with a special tool. • Chemical peels. Glycolic acid is applied to peel off the top layer of skin to reduce scarring. • Dermabrasion. The affected skin is frozen with a chemical spray, and removed by brushing or planing. • Punch grafting. Deep scars are excised and the area repaired with small skin grafts. • Intralesional injection. Corticosteroids are injected directly into inflamed pimples. • Collagen injection. Shallow scars are elevated by collagen protein injections. • Laser treatments. Two types of laser treatments are proving effective in treating acne scars. Laser-treated skin heals in three to 10 days, depending on the treatment chosen. Check with your dermatologist the possibility to use any of the above with your case.
  9. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth! Those of us who suffer from acne has usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work: 1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem. 2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem. I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know. There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.
