- I'm not sure if that is considered cosmetic surgery or a spa treatment, but assuming you are non-chinese, there are spa advertisements in That's Beijing magazine that would give you some places to call. for cosmetic surgery there are many doctors that would do it - its very popular - but you shouldnt trust most of them. Peking University hospital has a cosmetic surgery center, I would go there to start. Expect to pay a price not much different than you would in the US.
