- don't worry so much about anti-aging, just use dial or zest soap and twice or three times a week steam your pores , then if you use a toner like sea-breeze on your forehead, chin and the sides of your nose (t-zone) and use just a mild moisturizer at night. in the winter you may need day moisturizer...i don't know how the weather is there now but that's been my routine 4 yrs and i look 25 but i'm 41
