Can you recommend me a good EXfoliatoR - acid peel or scrubs?
I am using a glycolic face wash both in the morning an before bed every night. I have tried using microdermabrasion exfoliating scrubs once a week but they just give me pimples. Should I try a weekly peel like glycolic acid at-home peel or use a gentle exfoliating scrub??

- Stop it with all the chemicals, you're only damaging your skin even more. Use St. Ives Apricot Scrub. It works like a charm.
- Paint remover works well too.
- Neutrogena has great scrubs for all skin types! Or try a facial at a salon, but not a face peel. They can get nasty..
- get yourself a brillo pad or a good pan scourer one of them with the pink stuff in it
- Stick with a gentle exfoliating scrub it does a lot less damage, my favorite is St. Ives Apricot Scrub, which you can use both on your face and your body. Don't try the peeling , it can go terribly wrong and you probably don't need something that drastic anyway.
- I use a gentle scub every morning and night! Its the cleansing scrub by Dr Hauska! its all natural and organic and is grown in accordnace to the moon and stars etc. Its great and always sells out!!!

- I use even tone glycolic peel with 25%glycolic acid, it's fantastic, you put it on for 5 min each night for 3 weeks then have a break for a week, I find it fairly gentle and it makes my skin smooth and pimple free it also reduces fine lines, evens skin tone and reduces scarring, my mum got me onto it and I can't recommend it enough.
