face peels?

im considering getting a face peel to treat pigmentation and uneven skin tone. what would give the best results and how much should I expect to pay? i know u can buy the stuff on ebay to DIY at home, bit scary dont u think? what should i expect from results?

1. I would definitely have it done in a doctor's office, a dermatologist. I know people who swear by them, but I've never had one done (yet). I hope this helps. Good luck!
2. I am currently using an at home treatment from skin doctors, called medipeel, it takes twelve weeks and I'm half way through at the moment. It seems to be making sun damage etc: more prominent, but I assume that is where the layers of damaged skin are gradually being peeled away, with make up on my skin looks better than it has done for years (i'm 34) I am keeping my fingers crossed. If it doesn't work I am going to Bliss London for an oxygen facial which apparently has immediate results,but costs approx £140, hope this helps.
