Anyone ever had a tca (medium) peel...?
I was wondering if it was standard for the dermatologist to recommend getting a 70% glycolic peel before the tca peel or if it basically a racket. I have read that at-home glycolic (or retin-A) products may be used for about a month before the tca peel but don't remember reading about that percentage of an in-office glycolic peel beforehand. Thank you for any input! I was thinking of getting such a peel due to my having skin discoloration and was hoping that there could be some input about it. Thanks again! Have you ever had a 70% peel or know anyone who has? And how about the tca peel. Thanks!
