Face peels everytime i have been in the sun or get hot?

it has been happening 4 a while & i am seeing a specialist but not until january! What condition could it be? It is painful & itches so bad & very embarrasing.even if i wear sunscreen it stil goes red & peels & takes weeks 2 heal again.its worst on my nose.does anyone have the same problem?thanks

1. Well it sounds like a uvb rash my mom has this stuff called marykay hydrating after sun gel but it went limited u shuld b able to get it b4 nov.
2. I had a friend who was taking accutane and they would have skin peeling problems if they stayed out too long. If you are taking anything, maybe you should see if sun exposure triggers any side effects. I also had a student who was very "sun sensitive". I cannot recall the name of the disorder but her skin would not make vitamin d. Any way, her skin would start to peel if she was out in the sun for more than 15-20 minutes unprotected.
