3. It depends on the level of your chemical peel. Tca peels are a light to med. depth peel.Fruit peels are a light peel that only peels the top layer kinda like a very light sunburn. The depth of your peel depends on the result you will get. The result you get should be fresh skin. It will not remove deep scars or wrinkles. only very deep peels can do that. Please use caution when using any peeling agent. You can get skin that is lighter than your natural color and will not tan, or dark patches, that will not fade. The same goes for micro derm. Even though micro derm is a procedure that sands off the top layer (s) of the skin, the deeper the micro derm the more is removed, You can go from a light micro to a deeper. Please be careful with this also. I have had micro and Peels. I have to say I perfere the Tca peel. I have better results. However the heeling time of a Tca Peel is horriable. 3-5 days of walking around with a greesy face coted with heavy antiboitic ointment, and hunks of shedding skin. Then it is very pink for a few days or weeks depending how deep the peel. It normally takes about 7-10 days before you can wear make up. The process must be repeted to maintain results. SO I gotta say it is almost addicting. If you decide to start peeling or micro. Please remember it is something that is hard to stop.
