What are the anti aging ingredients?

I want to know the anti aging ingredients. I am over 35 years of age and I have used quite a number of anti aging cosmetics. 2. retinal is a watered down version on the prescription strength retinA (trade name) which is the ingredient tretinoin. if you really want an anti-aging product wear sunscreen (spf 20+) 365 days of the year on your face & neck. some of the prescription face creams are: Retin A, Retin A Micro, Tazorac, Atralin. All of these used daily or 2-3 times a week will do several things for your skin. They reduce fine lines & wrinkles, stimulate the production of collagen, & even out skin tone. also, daily washing w/ and alpha or beta hydroxy acid wash will help w/ cell turnover & make your skin smoother.
