can i use jolen creme bleach to lighten/brighten some places on my my skin?
like my knees/elbows/amkles/toes cause i have alot of discolroation on those places and it looks awful. would this work, would it irrate my skin?

- Jolen Creme Bleach is used for lightening the unwanted hair on your upper lip, arm hair, leg hair..etc. It does not say to use it on your skin. I have used Jolen Creme Bleach and it does not seem to bleach my skin when I use it on my upper lip. There are many other products that change your uneven skin tone.
