- Yes, they do help. I like never ever sleep, and used to have really bad dark circles under my eyes and also bags, it was really bad. Until I started using Clinique's All About the Eyes cream... It works wonders (of course sleeping more does help too! :) ) and they do brighten the circles, make the bags be less puffy and all that!
