Highly recommended eye creams to treat dark circles?
Please recommend me several brands since several are not available in Japan. Also, I don`t want to cover up my dark circles but to get rid of them through time. Thanks.

- Use a humidifier. Dark under eye circles are most often caused by congestion.
- I heard SK-II is nice. Estée Lauder. Mary Kay. These are the ones I've tried that worked out for me. I don't know other brands. I know they have them, but I don't know their effectiveness.
