Does potato peels left in a bag on my front porch mean anything sinister?

I found a plastic grocery bag full of fresh potato peels placed precisely in the middle of my front porch. I was wondering if this is some kind of gris gris, hex, curse or whatever.

If someone leaves them on your door step it means you have gone behind their back and they are calling revenge upon you. Each peel stands for something you did. If there are 10 peels, you did something t them 10 times, 24 peels means you did something 24 times, and so on. Most of the time you will find a large amount of dirt or dust in the bag, which means that they wish death upon you. But if they are plain, only the person who put them there knows whats going to happen. Hope this helps.

19. This is a very, very bad sign! Someone in your neighborhood is a very bad person! Here's what you have to do. Chop the potato peels into very small pieces. Add some dry leaves, lawn clippings, coffee grounds, kitchen waste, etc. You need a mixture of "brown/dry" and "green/moist" in about a 50/50 ratio for it to be effective. Layer and mix moist-green with dry-brown materials until you have a cubic yard (3'x3'x3'). Keep pile about as moist as a wrung-out sponge. Turn the pile one to three times a week to give it the air it needs for clean, fast composting. If the pile has too many brown ingredients and is not decomposing, mix in fresh green materials like grass clippings or add organic nitrogen/fertilizer. Compost is ready to use in 2-15 weeks. Sift, and use any undecomposed material to start a new pile. Use this to start a garden. This will offset the environmental damage caused by whatever wasteful bastich in your neighborhood doesn't recycle and compost their kitchen waste. Obviously this person is trying to kill us all - slooooowly. That's not their job, btw. That takes care of itself in time.
