- Well if you've noticed a difference then obviously yes! There are many things you can do to help get rid of dark circles naturally: Get more sleep. It seems really obvious, but getting the right amount of hours sleep really can affect your eyes. Too much or too little will make your eyes tired, so the best thing to do is to get into a routine and stick to it! Use teabags/cucumbers to refresh and awaken your eyes. Lie down, have a little relaxation time and enjoy! Drink plently of water. Dark circles can be caused by dehydration so keep drinking water, especially now its warmer! Keep a bottle with you at all time! Diet can also affect it, so eat lots of healthy veggies to keep your skin nice! Keep using the eye balm as it seems to be working and keep going! Some people don't realise this, but sometimes dark circles under eyes can be a sign of an underlying problem with your body. If the circles are persistent and don't disappear, go and see a doctor. ~ Darling x
- Absolutely but only the good ones. The darkness is actually not the skin but the pooling of blood beneath it. This can be due to allergies, lack of sleep, heredity, poor diet, smoking, dehydration, and capillary leakage. The best way to fight all of these factors is to make sure you use a good eye cream with Vitamin K which tightens capillaries, arnica montana, which reduces swelling, and definately hyaluronic acid which is an amazing moisturizer which attracts and bonds 1000 times its weight in water to the skin. No woman should ever go without an eye cream! Check your ingredient listing. The highest level of ingredients will be at the top and the lowest at the bottom.
