What is the best face cream or eye cream to reduce wrinkles?
Laugh lines and wrinkles have started appearing on my face...around my eyes and lips. I am looking for a good cream to help with that. I am currently using a vitamin E moisturizer, but it does not appear to be helping at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
