what is a good eye cream for dark circles and puffiness?
im 13 and have pretty bad dark circles and a little puffiness i have also notices that my water line is a pink and the puffiness is pink too and it looks really bad with concealer on it. it makes it look even more pink. [my waterline] cause i cant seem to get it on the waterline. so whats a good eye cream that treats that? i dont a real expensive one. thanks
