What is the best eye wrinkle prevention cream available?

I'm 24 and I feel like it's time I invest in a good eye cream to mainly prevent wrinkles and brighten the eye area. There are so many out there, I don't know which to choose. I've heard good things about La Mer and Chanel creams and as I already use their moisturizers, I know they work well in that department...but what about eyes? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Price isn't an object so give me your best recommendations! Thanks :)

1. Sunscreen is the most important, plus good sunglasses and a hat. Seriously. I hate the smell of sunscreen, and I don't like wearing it under foundation. So I only tend to wear it if I am at the pool or beach. But I always have my sunglasses when I'm outside, and if I know I'll be outside all day I wear a hat. I think foundation helps stop you burning too.
2. M.I.A. Taking preventative measures early in life is a great plan. It does not sound like you have any major issues right now, so your best bet would be to use sunscreen daily, rain or shine. Also wear sunglasses and a hat on sunny days. That covers the outside. For the inside, drink plenty of water to keep the skin hydrated and avoid smoking. The sun and smoking are the skins two worst enemies. Also make sure to include nutrient-rich foods in your diet, many of which will contain antioxidants to fight free radical damage which causes wrinkles.
