  1. well I don't feel like reading that entire thing..sorry but i know things like whole wheat, whole grain foods, fruits and veggies, etc. are the best just foods especially high in fiber also
  2. I would also add Blueberry, salmon, and yes, avocados! Also, apples are really good for the skin..so try to at least add that to your meal/snack everyday. My dad just bought this Juice maker by some guy name Jack L. and I always make fresh apple juice everyday. Haven been doing it for a week, and I have noticed my skin more radiant and glowy! :)
  3. i have heard a tsp of cinamom powder daily morning is a natural anti aging, try it now it wont harm u for sure.
  4. A vegetarian diet is very beneficial. Many animals and birds are given an unnatural and alien diet and anti-biotics and undesirable additives, etc, to fatten them or make them more marketable. Cows produce unnatural milk full of anti biotics. Fish farming produces doctored fish also fed on alien diets. What they ingest meat and fish eaters ingest and constantly consumed they can only harm health and prematurely age. It's no mystery why there's obesity epidemics, resulting in much bad health, cancers, etc. and shortened lives. Raw foods are excellent anti agers. I switched to being a vegetarian and a high percentage I eat raw. Salads, fruits, nuts, grains, natural oils, etc.( preferably organic i.e. not treated with pesticides, harmful preservatives, etc ) are only health promoting and anti aging. Fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices are powerful anti-agers. It has almost immediately benefited my health, appearance and energy levels. I get many comments "You look younger, healthier, fitter and your skin glows".
  5. Eat a diet that’s rich in essential fatty acids — like the omega-3s found in sardines, soy, safflower oil, flax, salmon, walnuts, and fortified eggs. A diet short of these body-boosting fats can leave skin dry, itchy, and possibly lead to premature aging. You can also keep skin hydrated by drinking lots of water. According to The Mayo Clinic, there are no hard and fast rules about how much is enough; but a good guideline is the “8 x 8 rule”: eight 8 oz. glasses per day.
