- If it isn't a bleaching product it should do what it claims to do. Skin creams vary with different skin types which has nothing to do with color. Purchase something that is targeted for your skin type such as dry skin cream for dry skin, water based for oily skin. Things like that. Ask other women what they use and why they like it. I have found that the more expensive creams really are better but I rarely buy them as the cost is prohibitive.
