Rash under eye... burning, itching, dry skin?
I have had this rash under my eye for some time now. I went to the doctor, he gave me some cortisone cream to rub underneath. I used it for quite a while, I thought it was better. I stopped using it and the rash came back again. Another thing too, whenever i look down, it seems as if the skin under my eye blocks my vision a little bit. IT IS SO ANNOYING. One last thing, it only seems to go only under my right eye, and on occasion it goes on the top of my right eye also
