What eye treatments/creams REALLY get rid of dark circles?

I have dark circles that never seem to go away, no matter how much sleep I get, or how much water I drink. I'm on allergy medicine, which is helping a bit but I would like to know of some eye creams or treatments that will remove them. Any help?? Thanks!

2. A good trick to covering up dark circles is to buy an orange lipstick, and put it right under your eyes (where the blue is), and blend it in. Orange cancels out blue so this will get rid of your dark circles, then put your concealer right over it, and hopefully they should be gone. Tell me if this works :)

4. I had dark circles and bags under the eyes, but they have vanished since I started using a new product, which has now been featured in Vogue Magazine.
