How do you dry orange peels quickly and grind them into fine powder?
I want it to be dry so that I can grind it into powder. I've tried this before, but when I grind them, there are still quite a lot of remaining bits of the orange peels. Any suggestions of how to dry them quickly and what kitchen appliances I should use? I've tried using a blender (Magic Bullet) but it doesn't work. Should I try buying a coffee grinder and put the dry orange peels in there? If I do that, will it be completely powder? No bits remaining?

- well dry the peels out in the sun....the peels will dry out, then u can grind them
