can you get high off orange peels?

or can you make wine out of orange juice and get high off that? or even a drunk feeling?

6. No you can't get high off of Orange peels. The most you can hope for is to get sick from them. The human body can handle a little peel but not alot. And no you can't make wine from orange juice. It would just go sour.
7. Well here is a solution that me and my friends used to do... If you get a piece of orange peel...and put toothpaste on it, and leave it in the window seal for about a week and a half, you will hallucinate!! Have fun.

9. What you do is grate orange peels and snort it all at once. 25 or 30 orange peels, That should do it.
