Best face moisturizer for the best price?

I have really dry skin and I've tried tons of different moisturizers and none of them are doing it for me. Okay actually I've found one I really like, Freeze 24-7, its amazing, but its over $100 and I don't have that kind of money to keep buying it. Ideally I'm looking for one that is thick but won't feel heavy or greasy on my face and around $20. Anyone have a great product they use that they would recommend?

2. i have the same problem!! my skin is so dry and after i take a shower, i can barely smile because all of the chemicals dry it out more than neccessary! but ever since i started using clean & clear moisturizer, my skin is soooo much more softer, and has so much more color and moisture to it. i highly recommend this product. not only does it work wonders, but it is very cheap! like almost less than $10!! if you haven't tried this, try it!!
3. Lubriderm daily moisture lotion.. i've been using it for a 2 wks now and i really like it. it makes my face soft, no breaking out or nothing. you should try it. Walgreen's. $3.79?
