Best eye cream for under eye circle, redness and puffyness?

Okay Im 18... and my new year resolution is to have GREAT SKIN.. I dont have bad skin at all, I have some whiteheads and time to time some pimples appear... I got some great acne products for that stuff.. but Im sick and tired of my under eyes... Its not too puffy.. its like redish and purplish as well as there are dark circles.. I use concealer and like the end of the day you still see the red circles... Yes sleeping is good and lots of water... but what creams takes it away... I dont wanna wear makeup anymore.. I heard ROC eye cream is good.. preparation H, but they took the ingrient out that makes it good for it... anyone know any awesome cream? ANY EXPIRENCES?

1. I use two products together and I'm really happy with the results. Both are from Origins. I use the "No Puffery" gel first (pop it in the fridge for extra de-puffy power), let it soak in for a couple of minutes. Then I use the Andrew Weil Plantidote Eye Serum (or something like that, I'm too lazy to look in the cabinet). It has caffeine to help reduce the dark circles, and it's really moisturizing. There's no miracle product out there - puffy eyes and dark circles are at least partly genetic. I still have to wear a little bit of concealer. But the Origins products have made a truly noticeable difference in how my eye area looks.
