Whats the best eye cream for dark circles?
I would rather find a CREAM for dark circles. So what is the best product for it that i could get at like Wal-Mart thats not that expensive. Also im trying to look for a cream that also moisturizes the dark circles but also treats the dark circles to go away. I want to find one that i can use at night and in the morning time before i put on my makeup! Please help!

- i wouldn't know about cream . you said you didn't want any but these tricks WILL work : - soak tea bags in boiling water drain water the water lay down & leave on eyes for 20 minutes - cold cloth in the morning - make sure your getting enough sleep (8 hours) & if you do find a eye cream or mask leave it in the refrigerater to keep cool :)
