Why is my face peeling after I put on my foundation?

I don't know what the deal is! I have whitening cream that I use everyday. but lately, when I put on my foundation, it starts to "peel" or "flake" off. Its so annoying and wierd! My face looks like its caked on make-up when it peels and flake. Thanks for your help! This foundation isn't old by the way. before i put foundation on, i put mostuerizer on too but it looks like pieces of blot on my face! & flakes off

1. idk. It does that to me too its not peeling before i put it on but after it looks like i have irritated skin and i don't!!
2. i have that too its dry skin try a spray on moisturizer before and after u put on ur foundation
3. You obviously have dry skin and the whitening cream (which doesn't work by the way) is making this problem worse by whatever bleaching agent it contains. Stop the bleaching cream immediately and invest in an exfoliator and moisturiser for dry skin.
4. moisturizer that simple...put it on let it dry...then apply
5. Yeah i had this problem too, around my forehead area it used to flake while with the SAME foundation around my nose it blended perfectly and didn't flake. But then i exfoliated the forehead area, and now that blends too. WHitening cream isn't enough, exfoliate to remove dead skin cells (when foundation gets on dead skin cells it becomes the flake)
