how do you get rid of the white spots from laser peels?

My skin use to have dark spots all over it from mosquito bites. I have suffered with that for a very long time and decided to visit a a day spa. When i was tere he told me the best thing i can do for this is a laser. I trusted him and had it done i was told 5 to 8 sessions will give perfect skin, i had session done it cost me $1500 this was all the money i saved for quite some time. when i went in for my laser it hurt like hell he didn't talk to me i was treated like garbage it stung so much that I cried i had no idea it would hurt that much he did from my knees down i was swollen, red and in pain. My skin is brown and after the laser 2 weeks or later my skin looked lighter. A month later i started noticing parts of my skin getting even lighter and lighter it was like a nightmare. You can actually see where light pulses of laser hit my skin. There ARE hundereds of little FAIR spots about my skin. I never went back for the rest of treatments. I am very depressed. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP
