Orange Peel Extract. Can it also be used for Reflux?

I have been diagnosed with GERD, the start of Barrett's esophagus and hiatal hernia. The prompton drugs, h2 inhibitor drugs, or antacids are just not working for me. So I just bought this orange peel extract 1000 mg by Enzamatic Therapy. Would like to know if anyone else has ever tried this for this reason, or heartburn itself and does it work??? I just get pain in the hiatal hernia area when Im trying to sleep, have to burp alot, and only get heartburn with it once in awhile. Its not like I am overweight or out of shape or anything. I would just like some other peoples input on this new discovery of Orange Peel Extract for Heartburn. Sure I'll let u know, but I can definitly tell you that apple cider vineger dosn't work for me. I hope this orange peel extrat does. I'll let u know. thanks Well its been 6 days and it really has not helped. I guess Im better off staying on prevacid, even though I still am having stomach problems.

4. I haven't heard of this. Give it a try and see how it works. If it doesn't you might want to try papaya enzyme tablets to relieve symptoms. They are great tasting and very inexpensive. Papaya stimulates appetite and aids in digestion. Good for heartburn, indigestion, and inflammatory bowel disorders. I use these quite often. Good luck!
5. i just bought orange peel extract from Life Extension Foundation. did not use it yet but in their literature it looks like it works
6. Have you tried slippery elm bark?
