how can i get rid of under eye dark circle?which under eye dark circle cream will be the best?

i have dark circle since 2004.i did many things to get rid of this.i put cucumber,tomato,potato,lemon juices,almonds..etc....i have no problem with sleep and have plenty of waters like 10/12 glasses per day...but i am simply fade up now...nothing makes my dark circle go away....is there any some home made tips to get rid of this?which under eye cream will be the best for me?please help me!!!
