Conceived but no heartbeat dictated.Will hormones injections help in growth and will heartbeat show up? Plz He?

I had a scan done last week dictated to be 5-6 weeks it was the same 15 days back as they have not yet dictated the heartbeat , the doc says there is no growth in the sac size. They have given some hormones injections. Will this help in the growth? As any1 else gone through the same? Plz help am worried

1. i didnt hear a heart beat until my 10th week. my dr said that was about normal! I wouldnt worry! i was in a horrible car accident and had xrays and medication through an IV and then they found out i was pregnant. the baby is completly fine!! give it some time!
2. i had a scan at 6 weeks because i had pains and there was no heart beat went bk 2 weeks later and still no heart beat the baby drop in size the i miscarried had to have a d and c that was 5 weeks ago and i am trying again good look hun and im very sorry i do know what your going though
