How do you spray paint without making it "orange peel"?

I have an airless sparayer (for personal use) and everytime I use it with either latex or lacquer based products it leaves a very rough "orange peel" finish instead of a smooth finish.

2. well if you have an air gun turn your air preacher up.but in your case you need to thin your pant down with lacquer thin er spray it then put clerer cote on it if it still has orange peel use a buffer that will take care of it i hope this will answer it fore you.
3. You are putting it on to thick. Try using a finer spray tip such as a 313 or 414. If you are not able to change the spray tip then lower the pressure. There should be a knob somewhere on your sprayer that allows you to adjust the pressure. Also hold the sprayer a little further back from your work. It is always better to apply 2 light coats than 1 heavy one
