What causes orange peel in fiberglass parts and how do eliminate it?
I am having orange peel issues in the parts I'm making. I use a 50/50 ratio of calcium carbonite/resin applied with a chop gun. The catalyst ratio is between 1 and 1.5 I've always thought that it is mainly dependent on resin/chop ratio, but am getting it on pretty much every part whether wet or dry.
