Can you really have hallucinations using orange peels?

a friend told me it worked.......but how would you use orange peels?

Public Comments

  1. no.
  2. no
  3. The myth as I heard it is to put a rusty nail through an orange for 24 hrs (or maybe it was longer??) then eat it. I have never done this, never heard of it working, would not recommend doing it, and really, really don't think it would work.
  4. Sounds very similar to the myth of 'banana peels' which is exactly that... A myth. If you get effect it's placebo, or a 'contact high' developed out of expectation.
  5. I used orange peels when I was smoking to dissolve the cholesterol in the veins. I knew it dissolves wax best of all oils. I felt it kept me free from waxy build up in the arteries. The nicotine got me in the stomach and liver. I had to stop smoking. I use lemon peel tea for colds and it works real good.
  6. Never heard of such a thing.
  7. I've never even heard of doing that before, but why would you want to make yourself hallucinate anyway? it's not fun. I don't know how to use orange peels, but if you really want to try it, it's best you find out. But i don't think it will work
  8. no people use orange peel in all sorts of recipes.and all by themselfs orange peels are really, really bitter.have fun merry christmas
