Question about weight training supplements?

Here is my question, if I take the following supplements, how much muscle on average, could I expect to gain a month. i know that on average most people gain anywhere from 1-2 pounds of muscle a month, so how much could I gain with the following supplements? Creatine NO Protien Supplement Natrual Testosturone Booster Prohoromone Estrogen Blocker HGH Supplement Fat burner Energy Booster Just a rough number how much can I expect to gain while using these products?   1. really depends on what type of build your going for. like bulk vs definition. also be carefull that stuff fattenig as hell so if you dont work it all off it goes straight to your gut.
  2. Unless you're following a well designed resistance training program designed to build muscle, well then you won't gain any muscle at all. All the supplements in the world won't make a difference without exercise. And frankly, other than creatine, there's no valid science that says any of those other things work. So, you could take creatine, follow a really good program, and pack on some muscle. Or you could take creatine, waste your money on a bunch of worthless crap, follow a really good program, and pack on some muscle. Your choice. Dave S.
