HGH and Secretagogue-1 question...?

I have currently started hearing about and reading about Human Growth Hormones and HGH supplements such as Secretagogue-1. I just want to know the short term and long term side effects of both HGH injections as well as Secretagogue-1. I am thinking of trying out Secretagogue-1, but I am 16 years old and I understand it is intended for those over 30 years old? I just thought it would be a great way to get more fit, more healthy, maybe increase my size. Websites and your imput on the matter would be great. thanks everyone. yeah i've read alot of bad stuff as well as good stuff about it, but i think that something that makes your body produce more of something than it should be is probably bad and soemthing i shoudl stay away from.. i think i'll stick to protein shakes

1. don't do it buddy. this could permanently affect your hormone balance for the rest of your life which is linked to a large number of health issue such as heart disease or poor sex drive. you need to see a doctor if you have any health concerns first, but stay away from the stuff!!!!
