1. Anti oxidants, are the best. If U chooses something does not contain them, U R wasting money. If UR skin is oily ,choose lotion. F dry take cream. ROC have them all( face and body) go and try it your self. Self tanning ( Banana Boat) hav one called "streak free" light and dark. but exfoliate UR face and body with loofah(gently) then moisturize, THEN put the bronzer sparingly, waite 3 hours to put it again if U wish. 3 consecutive days, then every 4 days.
2. It depends on your skin type. Anti aging would have sunscreen in it, and probably an acid to exfoliate. Self tanning...dunno. I use the lotion that tans gradually because the other self tanners streak and boy does that look stupid.

I used to work for a cosmetic surgeon and he always told his clients that NO anti aging cream/lotion or the like actually work, none of them, even the 200. a bottle ones, he said that only injectables (such as botox for the eyes and forehead, and juvederm or restylane for the cheeks and lips botox will run you around 300. for just the eye area, and will need to be done every 4 months or so, and restylane in the cheeks and lips will last about a year, at around 500. an area) and actual surgery will work, but sunscreen is a must for wrinkle prevention. I do self tanning and have it done at a salon, you get way better results with zero streaking and it lasts me almost 10 days, costs around 25.00 the same as a bottle of self tanning lotion, plus you don't have to apply it...a big bonus!
