Does anyone know how to make a homemade glycolic peel?

I know that they usually involve ingredients that people don't necessarily have at home or even ones that aren't sold in your average grocery store but my friends and I were wondering how to make one at home.

  1. This one doesn't use glycolic acid but alot of spas use all natural peels that have natural enzymes and acids like from pineapples and even hibiscus flowers. Cucumber peel Ingredients 1 small cucumber (peeled and seeded) 2 ounces of chamomile tea (steeped and strained) 1 packed of unflavored gelatin 2 ounces of green tea (steeped and strained) 1 ounce of aloe Vera gel Preparation Pure cucumber until the mass resembles a paste Strain it through sieve (gauze is fine) and reserve the juice In a saucepan, combine green tea, chamomile tea, and gelatin Stir over low temperature until it dissolves Remove from heat and pour into a glass bowl Add cucumber juice and aloe Vera gel Put in refrigerator for 25 minutes until the mixture starts thickening Spread the mix over the face and neck and leave to dry for about 20 minutes Peel the mask off and rinse off with warm water. Pat dry Cucumber is naturally a powerful astringent that helps tighten the skin and smooth out the wrinkles and fine lines.
  2. I don't know that you can make Glycolic at home. I buy my Glycolic acid on E-Bay. Just check the sellers feedback and see what other people are saying about it, contact other people who bought from the seller and see how they felt about the product they bought. Also, know the more you pay, the better it is going to be. I would never pay under $10 for it. Good luck!
