CHEMICAL PEELS- have you had one and, if so, was it the superficial, medium or deep type?

What did you think of it? Too harsh? Worth doing? Are they expensive? ISLANDEYES- how old ARE you, exactly? Probably 17, right? Wait until you are older and then see if you still hold the sam extreme views on things. Oh and no need to be insulting- I didn't ask for approval, just for personal experiences.

  1. i would never.... EVER... put some sht like that on my face
  2. i bought saylic acid 30% solution (skin peel)off ebay you brush it on wait between 2-7 mins depending on how oftern you had used before then neutralise with bicarb of soda and it hurts like hell, you skin becomes tight and you need a good moisturizer , all though my skin never peeled off, after 3 weeks and following the instructions very carefully my skin looked healthier, blemish free and a little younger i carnt remember how much it cost but i do know that in a salon it would set you back over 100 pound
  3. I'd never have one. I think you should be happy with growing old gracefully. And Samantha from Sex and The City really put me off it when i saw her reaction!. Think about the consequences!.
  4. I do superficial and medium peels. The superficial peels are 50% glycolic acid which I do a couple of time a month. The medium peels are 30% TCA which I do a couple of times a year. I was going to have a deep one which was a phenol peel but never went ahead with it because it's expensive and requires a lot of downtime. I recommend visiting makeupartistschoice or platinumskincare for glycolic and TCA peels.
