differin and salicylic/glycolic acid?

I went to the dermatologist because I have recently developed acne. She put me on Differin and Erythromycin (one night Differin, the next night the other). I told her I wash my face with a salicylic acid gel, then tone with a 2 % salicylic acid toner, and finally moisturize with Loreal Pure Zone step 3, which contains salicylic acid. Then I wash again with the cleanser gel at night, and once a week I do an at-home 10 % glycolic acid peel. She said all of this was OK, and I should keep doing it. But I got my Differin today and read on the package that it should not be used with glycolic or salycilic acid producst. What should I do? by the way, the differin is a topical gel, not the pills. so is the erythromycin.

1. Stop using everything else for a while and see how you react to just Differin. I didn't so anything to my skin except using Clean and Clear w/salicylic acid occasionally. I started Differin and it really dried my skin. It hurt after rubbing it with a towel after I washed my face. If you see that your skin is normal after about a week, then go back to your regular regime and see how you react. If your skin gets dried, just use Differin. I think it's more powerful than anything over-the-counter as is much more worth your time.
