  1. Use plenty of aftersun And next time you go away use a higher factor suncream, cover up and get in the shade when you start burning.
  2. moisturise or use aftersun
  3. just keep applying moisturiser!!
  4. Moisturize early & moisturize often
  5. Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise!
  6. Best to get it all off in one go, rather than mess around peeling for months. Sandpaper, a metal-brush, paint-stripper or a blowtorch will help.
  7. soak ya-self in baby oil
  8. Try using after sun and moisturising cream.
  9. this is getting repetitive, but - Moisturise, Moisturise and then try Moisturising, my local tanning parlour have a product called body drench its really good.
  10. this sounds really wierd but pee on a towel and rub the wet towel over the effected area. it sounds wierd but it works allmost instantly. good luck
  11. S.hit on a towel and rub it in. It really works.
  12. try natural yogurt
  13. Take less sun next time, a suntan is a radiation burn you peel because you have damaged your skin
  14. The skin cells are already dead. They're going to fall off no matter what you do. You can put on moisturizer or aloe vera gel/lotion to help.
  15. lack of moisterising.. I use sun tan oil instead of aftersun.. i keeps your skin moist while aftersun soaks in.. still got a cracking tan from a week in Cyprus in June
  16. Try Cocoa Butter or Aloe ( Aka .. Vitamin E)
  17. dont get burnt
  18. Nothing the skin is dead, you will peel. Best bet dont get burnt.
  19. keep putting plenty of moisturiser on
  20. Pure aloe vera gel, liberally, after you sun & continue. My aunt in Fla was a flaming redhead (real, not fake) & had white skin. She had a whole line of aloe plants around her house. Every day after being in teh sun, she cut a leaf & used it on her skin. She was then a dark skinned, no freckles, red head! With baby soft skin.
  21. buy a cream containing olive oil really good and stops peeling
  22. The skin has been damaged and the dead skin is being sloughed off by the new growing skin. What you need to do is slow down the moisture loss which is how moisturisers work,I suggest simple remedies like Nivea products ( Biersdorf ) or perhaps a Baby Oil product, both of which slow down water loss. Use Aloe Vera which has a soothing action, and next time use factor 30 Sun Screen and avoid the midday sun, or you will be a wrinkly before your time! If it's still painful use Calamine Lotion.
  23. Always wear suncream! If ur very fair u need a higher factor and reapply regularly. Prevention is better than cure dont cha no...
