what is one of the true and good skin whiteining facial cream?

I have 10 different nationals working with me all claim theirs is the best. i dont believe in skin whitening products but want to try and se if it works. I am a male person.

2. of course there's the fair and lovely cream out there... but those who use it don't really show any sign of skin lightening... one thing that does lighten skin over time is proactive... or the proactive knock offs you can get at walmart/target... skin steroids lighten skin too... but the problem with the steroids is that they actually make the skin thinner and more vulnerable to any injuries or cuts...
