- I believe that Eucerin offers the best cream or lotion for very dry skin and excema. The winter air makes my face very dry in some areas. Eucerin is free of fragrances and does not irritate my skin. Unfortunately, it's a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it since it will last a good while and it feels great on dry skin.
