how can i make my uneven skin look fairer and even?

on my face, somewhere there are dark patches somewhere there are light patches. due to sunburn and continous studying, my eyes have developed dark circles and i couldn't apply ladies dark circle creams because i am just 13 going on 14 years.under my eye thee are dark patches which blend with the fairer color of my cheeks. it really looks so wierd. if i apply certain fairing creams, pimples develop on that area.my forehead also has blending dark patches and the midst of my cheek is very fair. what is this problem? please don't tell meto use creams or artificial scrubs which are in the market.my mother doesn't understand the problem and she never lets me do even a homemade facial. will you please suggest me homemade remedies like scrubs, homemade creams etc. to apply on the face to make the dark patches fairer? my mother doesn't allow my skin becoming tan, thts why she doesn't allow me t be on the beach for a longer time.

1. try some ambi( it's a bleaching cream) it's not harsh to the skin at all
2. put plain yoghurt on ur skin untill it dries out. then u wash it off and apply lemon juice. it will sting but it works. and other than that, just try to get some sun on ur face to help even out the tone, although ur mom says not to!
3. i have sort of the same problem what i do is wash my face with oil free acne wash daily scrub by neutrogena i just wet my face and rub the soap in with my hands and when it feels like its starting to rub into my pores i wash it off with a wet face towel that helps clean my face and get rid of the dirt and stop pimples to form, then after that i apply this acne treatment cream i really works and they sell it at the dollar store for only a buck! I've just been doing this for about 3 months and my skin looks evenier my tone is starting to glow and look more natural! i tried ambi fade cream and i started to look like my skin was gettin more brighter but then to pimples started to come also. Hope this helps
