Does Hylexin eye cream really work?
Ive been curious about trying Hylexin eye cream for a while now but have been nervous b/c of the expensive price and not knowing if it really helps. Has anyone tried it? Ive heard from reviews online that it has helped people get rid of the dark purple marks under their eyes...but what about the puffiness? Is it supposed to work for that too? Also, would you know the best/least expensive way of getting it (not including Ebay)? Thanks.
